4:2:2 Codec Support ?

The LaLiga Feeds on 100.5e Asiasat-5 and 110.5e Chinasat-10 are nowadays broadcasted in 4:2:2 codec format . Even though the encryption is Biss and the Hellobox V5 Plus can autoroll the keys, we are not able to watch the video. Its either pink/rose/blue colour screen coming or there's pixelation of frames. Why is it so ? Hellobox V5 Plus has advanced chipset which support latest HEVC/H.265 formats, why is it unable to show the 4:2:2 codec video ? Can it b fixed by a software update ? Please reply. Thanks in advance.

no，V5 plus chipset does not support 4:2:2 codec.
Next generation of chipset will be OK.
