Thank you for the correct address. I had an extra underscore at the end. The remainder was correct - just my eyesight not reading the uppercase V correctly. So now I have only question 1.

When I click on Start, I get a choice:

Local: 20190311-113235
Latest: 20181225-151321
download the latest one?
Yes No

The No is preselected

I tried selecting the 20181225 version and as expected I lost anything that was encrypted. All was restored again after a usb upgrade. Is this fixable?

Now the updated version of the network is old, and the new version will always be updated in this section.
If u want to save userdb（channel，keys，cccam...）,u can choose software only from the USB upgrade menu to upgrade.
