Hellobox V5 plus new firmware release 20190822A

Sir, after you download the attachment and insert it in the hellobox via flash drive , I went to tools on menu and chose usb upgrade and the download did not come up i did unzip the attachment)am I in the wrong place in the menu to upgrade?

Make sure your box is Hellobox v5 plus. Then the extracted files（k5_ddr2_vision_cstm_hbplus_20190822A.bin） are put into the root directory of U disk.

Hi hellobox V5 used to be able to unlock many channels on intelsat 19 166E. now most channels dont come on anymore although the channel is there. appreciate any assistance please. Thank you

I do have the hellobox v5 plus, I did open and downloaded the new bin, i'm in north America and so far it will not autoroll on epix, tvland, sony, paramount, can you give me any help
