May I ask the engineer why the firmware of HELLOBOX 8 released on October 31st cannot add Chinese character library?

Not only can not add Chinese, the modified background color can not display correctly, 88E(sT2 satellite Ku band hd program is not updated support. It was disappointing. Please do not discriminate against Chinese customers, thank you!
