Hellobox 8 New Version ROM Freezes / stuck !

I am unable to add / Access channel’s nor Rename Favorites group “ fav9-fav16” on TV, this also needs to be corrected
Mobile app allows adding channels to Favorites group “fav9-fav16” but unable to rename them

One of my Hellobox 8 with October 2020 update not connecting to 3G ,

1.when connected a 3g Dongle, screen says LAN Connected , when ping the server , 5/5 Fail ( Remote works at this stage)

2. when 3g dongle shows blinking strong blue connections , box freezes ,
Remote stops working & manual Buttons also non responding , only way around is pulling the power cable out to make it work without 3g

3. Sometimes when connected to WiFi
box freezes , Remote stops working & manual Buttons also non responding , only way around is pulling the power cable out to make it work without 3g

Did reset to factory settings , problem still exists
