QR CODE Showing NOT FIND error in Montage and GX box

Hello team,
From the last 1 day, Hellobox QR CODE Showing NOT FIND error in Montage and GX box.
I have checked the firmware deeply and notices that this error is not firmware based. Also checked your freeDVB apk and I found that when we are scanning QR code by your application then it's not collecting data from your backend server that's why it's not showing any unique key for any hardware.
Check it and solve it asap because new users are facing issues with this error.
