Weak Signal In Hellobox Smart 2

The Signal Quality and Signal Levels are very low, due to this many channels are missed in many satellite, would appreciated if you could improve it.
This is the only problem with this wonderful device
Any hint to improve it ourselves.

We do normal scan, and get most of channels for the stronger signals, and get nothing out of those with weak signals
This is a great device and you should do somthing about it.
