V5 Plus Remote

Hi Team,

I have V5 plus, last week my remote was not working fine. If i press on any key, only "Pause" is enabled.

So i have paired another remote, but that remote works only with Channels +/-(Up and Down), Volume +/- (Right and Left), Satellite change, OK Key , Info key and numeric key (0-9).

But the Language change (audio) does not work.

I'm planning to get a new hellobox remote, but only hellobox 8 remote is available. Can i use hellobox 8 remote to v5 plus? Will all the key works with v5 plus STB if i buy hellobox 8 remote?

Please advice.
