Hello I just bought hellobox v5 plus, but I found the problem that the newcamd protocol does not work for use in 77w in Mexico, I use the 70w and if the newcamd protocol worked with the same account, but it does not work in this receiver the 77w in iks newcamd. Please tell me if there is any way to repair it. Another problem I found is that the application to use iptv only asks for a username, password and url, but there are also m3u lists where you do not have the other data requested by the receiver, hopefully and can repair them. not very clear about your first issue, if your newcamd account works with 70w, but not works with 77w, the most probably issue is the account, not the protocol, you may contact your account provider.

For app, you'd better give the details.
